Official Roadmap

1. Official U14 Event (European Circuit)

• Eligibility : Open to all fencers under 14 holding a valid EFC (European Fencing Confederation) license for the 2026–2027 season. For FFE licensed fencers, the license is ordered by the FFE upon closing of entries.
• Registration Procedure :
  • French fencers (FFE) : Registrations exclusively on the official federal extranet before Wednesday, October 14, 2026.
  • International fencers : Registrations must be submitted by national federations on the EFC website (service.fencing-efc.eu) before October 14, 2026.
• Entry Fees : €25 per fencer (automatic withdrawal for French clubs). A €50 penalty fee per fencer applies for late registrations.
• Referee Quota :
  • 1 – 3 fencers : No referee required
  • 4 – 9 fencers : 1 referee
  • 10 – 15 fencers : 2 referees
  • 16+ fencers : 3 referees
• Referee Penalties : In case of non-compliance with the quota, a penalty of €500 per missing referee (or €100 per late referee for French clubs) will be applied. All referees must be registered by their federation on the EFC website (or be at least regional level for French clubs).

2. Open Competitions (U9, U12, U17)

• Entry Fees : €30 per fencer.
